Calculation of vent (stack) stack flow rate value

When calculating the vent volumetric flow rate value in m3/s to use in ARCON96 for a release from atmospheric steam dump valves or steam relief valves on the PWR secondary side, and one knows the steam volumetric flow rate (capacity) of the valves in kg/s at a specific pressure and temperature which is representative of the thermodynamic state/condition inside the steam generator, which steam density should be used to convert the steam volumetric flow rate in kg/s to m3/s? That is, should (i) the density of steam at the thermodynamic state/condition inside the steam generator or (ii) the density of steam at the thermodynamic state/condition after constant enthalpy (isenthalpic) expansion at atmospheric pressure (~0.1 MPa) be used?

We suggest the density of steam at the thermodynamic state/condition after constant enthalpy (isenthalpic) expansion to atmospheric pressure be used.
